Simply Healthy Meal Plan is a meal plan built on taking control of health, nutrition, and lifestyle. Every meal is macro/keto conscious and focused on supplying a healthy intake of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Our Simply Healthy is focused on detoxifying the body back to a portioned control serving size fit for an average person on a rigorous schedule. Ideally great for busy schedules looking to either shred unwanted weight gain and nourish healthy muscle development.

The Simply Healthy menu was built on tailored dishes familiar to any palate for example, Lean Turkey Bolognese, whole wheat pasta with a side of sautéed seasonal vegetable medley. Our chef utilizes core French techniques with modern flavors and taste.

We start by roasting real tomatoes, lightly sautéed with kosher salt & pepper, add our house Italian seasoning, fresh basil, and use a vitam-a-mix to blend all the ingredients together. Our Paleo Meal Plan focuses a hunter-gather approach to eating mannerisms, primarily the modern caveman consumed protein and fat rich dishes such as: meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. The concept to eating Paleo is the ability to either hunt or gather the ingredients to create your dish while limiting the ingredients that were farmed used such as dairy, legumes, and grains.

Reintroducing a diet like the Paleo kind helps surprises the human body. Eliminating grains creates a lower carb meal fantastic for sudden weight loss and muscle definition. There are concerns about a low carb diet, but the fat consumption (good fat of course!) allows the body to utilize fat as a source of energy to help increase activity. The Paleo plan is specifically great for individuals with some familiarity of diet restriction and consumption.

Our Paleo menu comprised of rich full flavors of a variety of meats, poultry, and fish. Unlike our Simply Healthy menu with an abundance of ingredients, the Paleo menu is dairy-free, grain-free, nut and legume free. Our Chef’s core style is cooking a lot of the proteins over an open flame seasoned with SNP (Kosher Salt & Pepper) and adding a scratch made sauce like a tomato relish with a seasonal fruit, chimichurri, or a mint sauce. Our vegetarian ingredients include nuts, peas, beans, dairy, eggs, tofu, rice, grains, and pasta as dish highlights. The pescatarian option includes white fish, salmon, shrimp, and occasionally tuna. The biggest difference between vegan and vegetarian option is eliminating all meat products as ingredients when preparing the dish. Our Chef utilizes inspiration from a Mediterranean, Asian, and Spanish approach to preparing every dish.
