Our Paleo Meal Plan focuses a hunter-gather approach to eating mannerisms, primarily the modern caveman consumed protein and fat rich dishes such as: meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. The concept to eating Paleo is the ability to either hunt or gather the ingredients to create your dish while limiting the ingredients that were farmed used such as dairy, legumes, and grains.
Reintroducing a diet like the Paleo kind helps surprises the human body. Eliminating grains creates a lower carb meal fantastic for sudden weight loss and muscle definition. There are concerns about a low carb diet, but the fat consumption (good fat of course!) allows the body to utilize fat as a source of energy to help increase activity. The Paleo plan is specifically great for individuals with some familiarity of diet restriction and consumption.

Unlike our Simply Healthy menu with an abundance of ingredients, the Paleo menu is dairy-free, grain-free, nut and legume free.
